Order tracking
Where is my order?
Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email. If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will look it up for you.
What to expect
| Order confirmation | Immediately after checkout, by email |

| Dispatch and tracking number | Within 24 hours of your order |
| Delivery | 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, with tracking |
| Tracking goes live | Usually 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. Before that the number will show nothing, which is normal. |
Ordered before 2pm EST on a business day? It usually goes out the same day. Weekend orders go out Monday.
Still nothing?
If your tracking has not moved in 7 days, or the delivery window has passed, email support@oasisstraw.com with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement. You are covered either way.
